Kim (the owner) is a really great guy who knows his wrenching business! Lisa (wife and co-owner) is ALWAYS helpful in giving me rides to/from work or home. (Kim does, too!) Jake (the son) knows his stuff, too, and always has time for me, although he is extremely busy. Receptionist Brittany does her part, too. She is very friendly and professional on the phone, and does lots of little "extras" to make the experience at Muffler Smiths enjoyable. The shop mechanics that they hire are on the ball, too. Every one of them seem to give that personal touch, and ALWAYS do a great job. They always get the job done, and their pricing is fair. If I EVER have any car mechanical problems, they are my first (and usually only) stop for repairs. I have been a long time customer...so long that they are all now friends to me instead of just a business. They know me and my wife, and take an interest in my family and life. They are all GOOD PEOPLE.
